The heart and hands behind Artisanal Events

I’m Halle - the planner who believes your wedding should look and feel like you. I’ve always been drawn to love stories, especially the small, quiet moments that often matter the most. That love for the meaningful details is what led me here. I didn’t plan on becoming a planner, but working in the wedding world opened that door. I’ve worn nearly every hat in the event world: shadowing florists, decorating cakes, catering, rentals, and supporting operations at two different venues. Those experiences taught me how every moving piece works together, and they gave me a deep respect for the people and effort behind an event day.
Artisanal has been around for over two years now, and along the way our work has been picked up by local publications. 
Most importantly, the heart of my work is simple: I want people to trust that they have someone calm, prepared, and genuinely excited to support them through the planning process.

My Scottish heritage is a big part of who I am, and also my dream wedding destination.

One of my childhood nicknames was “Motor Mouth” because I used to hum while I chewed when the food was good.

The most underrated wedding song is “Because You Loved Me” by Celine Dion.

I fully blame Kiera Cass for the start of my lifelong obsession with romance.

Today, that purpose guides everything I do. I help clients transform their ideas—big, small, classic, or modern—into celebrations that feel expressive and deeply authentic. My approach blends creativity with structure, creating a planning experience that feels calm, collaborative, and full of care.
